A Safari Full of Variety
Because of the variety of habitats, the wildlife and beauty on this tour will appeal to both experienced and novice safari enthusiasts. You will look for stunning "upside-down trees" (Tarangire's characteristic baobabs), red-dust-coated elephants, big cats, and riverfront animals in Tarangire.
Then the Ngorongoro Crater, home to the largest concentration of big animals in Africa and where it is common to encounter lions, leopards, buffalo, rhinoceroses, and elephants all in one game drive, is among the essential places to see the Big Five.
Your safari comes to a close in the Serengeti, where you'll spend three nights at a movable tent camp that floats around the savannah to set up in the ideal spot for the safari's highlight—the wildebeest migration.
