Our Founder
Meet Issaya
Victorious Vacations was founded by Issaya Richard Mgomo. He has been guiding for over 16 years, creating memories for clients around the globe. He obtained his Tour Guide and Outdoor Leadership Certificate from the Professional Tour Guide College in Arusha in 2007. Since graduating, Issaya has worked for multiple safari businesses throughout the land, building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
His passion for exploring Tanzania and educating visitors about the beautiful land he calls home led him to launch Victorious Vacations. He is passionate about the environment and conservation and notes that his love for African wildlife, flora, and fauna of the Serengeti never dulls.
